Meet the Team!
Founded in 2025 by Mahshid and Fiona, City of Echoes is now a team of 5 and growing.
We come from different countries and backgrounds and are united by a strong belief that every person carries a story that deserves to be heard — and that cities are fairer and more vibrant when those stories are part of how we build and live together.
Mahshid is an architect with a strong interest in social inclusion and the right to the city. She studied in Shiraz, Rome, and Milan, and has been working in Vienna since 2020, focusing on participatory planning and inclusive design.
Fiona has a background in marketing and communications, with a focus on sustainability and innovation. She works with an association dedicated to sustainable development, where she fosters dialogue and exchange across sectors and communities.
Viktor is the Fundraising and Partnership Coordinator at City of Echoes. Based in Vienna, he is experienced in sustainability, design, innovation, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Georgiana is the Event Photographer at City of Echoes. She is a software engineer with a strong creative side, interested in urbanism, architecture and sustainability.
Vicky is the Event Check-in Coordinator and will most likely be one of the first people to welcome you at our events. Having worked in tourism for many years, she brings warmth and hospitality to the team, alongside a love for painting and creativity.
