City of Echoes is a nonprofit association based in Vienna, Austria. As an association, it operates independently and not for profit, with a mission to promote inclusive, sustainable, and participatory urban development.

Our activities focus on empowering citizens—especially marginalized groups—to engage meaningfully in shaping their cities. We aim to create dialogue between the public, professionals, and decision-makers while fostering a deeper understanding of urban life and equitable city planning.
